Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc), social channels, and display networks
Develop comprehensive search strategies including keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management
Manage programmatic buys across display, video, and native placements with precision targeting
Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to improve KPIs
Analyze campaign data and provide actional insights and recommendations
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure paid ad assets are optimized for performance
Manage budgets, pacing, and allocation across multiple campaigns
Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on campaign performance and ROI

Required

6+ years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably within an agency environment
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Advertising
Strong experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs)
Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategy
Experience managing monthly budgets across multiple platforms
Strong understanding of attribution models and measurement frameworks

Preferred

Paid social experience (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X, YouTube, etc)
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and ad performance optimization
Experience with B2B brands
Knowledge of marketing mix modeling or incrementality testing
Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or programmatic platforms
