Senior Business Development Manager and Sales Manager
Synova USA is the inventor of Laser MicroJet®, a patented hybrid laser machining technology. They are seeking a senior, field-based sales leader to grow their US business for Laser MicroJet systems and related services, combining strategic business development with management of complex capital equipment sales.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the US sales and business development plan (targets, forecasts, key accounts)
Build and convert a strong pipeline; manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close
Lead key-account relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and management
Coordinate demos, sample processing, and feasibility work with our US Service Center/Job Shop in Totowa, NJ
Maintain CRM accuracy and provide structured reporting to management
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background)
7–10+ years selling technical capital equipment (e.g., lasers, machine tools, semiconductor/automation)
Proven track record in senior/key-account sales and complex deal execution
Strong technical credibility, negotiation skills, and executive presence
Willingness to travel frequently across the US (~60%); ideally based near Totowa, NJ or open to relocation
