AnySignal is a startup focused on the next generation of RF products and services for space and defense missions. The Buyer will manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination to support supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery of materials for hardware builds.

Responsibilities

Source and purchase a wide range of electronic and mechanical components in alignment with BOM requirements

Own the NPI purchasing process, ensuring boards and components are procured and delivered for engineering test builds

Place, track, and manage purchase orders with contract manufacturers and suppliers; mitigate risks and recover schedule slips

Maintain inventory accuracy in systems (NetSuite, ION, etc.), including safety stock levels, consumption tracking, and vendor coordination

Perform receiving, inspection, and kitting of parts when required for critical builds

Collect, create, and analyze supply chain data—including purchase price variances (PPVs)—to identify savings and drive efficiency

Build and maintain spreadsheet models for BOMs, budgets, inventory tracking, and forecasting.Collaborate with engineering on DFM, BOM updates, and ECO integration to ensure seamless transitions from design to production

Partner with production, logistics, and finance teams to align material readiness with build schedules
