Responsibilities
Analyze legacy EDIFACT payment messages (e.g., PAYMUL, PAXLST, CREMUL)
Define detailed field-level mappings from EDIFACT to ISO 20022 message structures
Address structured vs. unstructured address translation and compliance requirements
Develop and maintain mapping documents, data dictionaries, and transformation rules
Collaborate with product, integration, and migration teams across regions
Support testing, defect triage, and migration readiness activities
Qualification
Required
8 12+ years of payments business analysis experience
Deep hands-on experience with EDIFACT payment formats
Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, CBPR+, and cross-border payments
Experience with SWIFT and H2H integrations
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Strong hands-on experience with EDIFACT payment formats
Solid understanding of ISO 20022 and CBPR+ requirements
Experience with SWIFT messaging and cross-border payments
