Support Executive
Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Support Executive for a contract in Nashville, TN. The role involves managing desktop infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance to colleagues to ensure optimal performance of systems and networks.

Responsibilities
Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices in accordance with department standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for installed PCs, networks, and telephone systems to ensure optimal performance
Identify, log, and resolve technical issues related to software applications or network systems promptly
Migrate servers and systems from older platforms (e.g., Windows XP) to newer versions such as Windows 7 or higher
Maintain accurate client databases and document technical issues clearly for internal teams and clients
Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding incidents and ensure work is completed within agreed service levels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in desktop infrastructure services and IT support
Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining PCs, networks, and peripheral devices, including troubleshooting and incident resolution
Expertise in system migration (e.g., Windows XP to Windows 7 or higher), software packaging, and familiarity with ITIL processes and DevOps tools
