Responsibilities
Create and manage knowledge articles using BMC Remedy
Manage knowledge articles on a variety of topics, including technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of technology areas
Utilize SharePoint and assist with transfer of the knowledge base fully into Remedy
Identify gaps in the knowledge base and help write out the missing knowledge
Work with the teams to create training for the various areas as well as self-help options

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or equivalent required
1+ years of professional experience in the required task area
Must be a US citizen
Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Create and manage knowledge articles using BMC Remedy
Manage knowledge articles on a variety of topics, including technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of technology areas
Utilize SharePoint and assist with transfer of the knowledge base fully into Remedy
Identify gaps in the knowledge base and help write out the missing knowledge
Work with the teams to create training for the various areas as well as self-help options
Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
Preferred
Associate's Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred
Experience with BMC Remedy or Microsoft SharePoint
Demonstrable understanding of technical domains
Technical knowledge in Networks, Applications, Unified Communications, Servers, or Cloud preferred
Technical Writing experience preferred
Leadership experience preferred
