Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading global software company dedicated to computer aided design, 3D modeling and simulation. They are seeking an Internal Culture & Communication Intern to support the internal communications manager in enhancing company culture and employee engagement through innovative communication strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support the internal communications manager in developing and executing strategies to enhance company culture, employee engagement, and change management for the Industry Strategy & Marketing team
Contribute creative ideas for communicating organizational changes—using not only written methods but also innovative formats such as graphics, videos, interactive media, and social platforms
Assist with planning and promoting the company’s working environment initiative, focused on improving virtual collaboration and team connections
Help organize and promote virtual events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster connection and community among remote/hybrid employees
Support change management efforts by helping communicate upcoming changes, gathering employee feedback, and assisting with training or adoption initiatives
Create engaging internal communications content (newsletters, intranet updates, recognition programs) and experiment with new formats to reach and inspire employees
Measure the impact and effectiveness of culture, communications, and change management programs; suggest areas for improvement
Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve communications channels, cultural initiatives, and change adoption
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate student
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Authorized to work in the United State without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
Current student pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Media, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and innovative thinking to develop engaging content and experiences
Experience or interest in graphic design, video creation, or other innovative communication methods
Proficient with virtual collaboration tools and platforms
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Interest in employee experience, workplace culture, internal branding, and change management
Preferred
