The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining high customer service standards while managing various accounting tasks related to job costing and project finances.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize and prepare monthly draw packages for assigned clients; including reconciliation of job cost, budget-to-draw updates, change orders and restricted cash accounts
Work with the Project Managers and project teams to ensure alignment on draws, budgets, change orders and all other project related issues
Understand the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Maintain a high level of customer service to both our internal and external customers, including clients, employees, vendors and trade partners
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Review, understand and post all revenue vs COGS entries
Review and understand all profitability and job costing reports
Prepare Job Cost reconciliations and accrual entries
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in construction, development or real estate improvement finance or accounting or related field
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct, Sage CM, HomeFront, and BuildPro software applications preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills, basic knowledge of accounting principles, high degree of attention to detail, and ability to work independently desired
