Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Architect – SCM (Order-to-Cash | OTC)

The role involves ensuring that OTC processes are technically sound and scalable while engaging with technical teams to translate business requirements into system rules and data flows.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end OTC flows including:
Order Management
Pricing & Discounts
Fulfillment & Shipping
Billing and AR handoffs
Translate revenue and fulfillment requirements into system rules, orchestration logic, and data flows
Engage hands-on with technical teams on:
Order orchestration extensions
Pricing logic implementations
PL/SQL validations and post-processing
Review and validate:
Custom code behavior
Data persistence and sequencing
Error handling and recovery logic
Participate actively in technical design and troubleshooting sessions
Define and govern integrations with:
CRM systems
WMS
Logistics and billing platforms
Understand and trace data across:
Order headers and lines
Fulfillment lines
Pricing entities
Validate OTBI/BIP and custom SQL for financial and operational accuracy
Act as the OTC technical-functional escalation point during incidents
Lead root cause analysis across configuration, integrations, and PL/SQL logic
Support high-volume, performance-sensitive OTC environments
Provide executive-level communication on risks, fixes, and system behavior
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience designing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications experience, with strong OTC specialization
Strong understanding of OTC functional processes and technical internals
Ability to analyze and reason through PL/SQL logic
Ability to analyze and reason through order orchestration flows
Ability to analyze and reason through integration payloads and errors
Experience with FBDI, REST APIs, and OIC
Strong communication skills across business and technical audiences
Preferred
Telecom or subscription-based order models
Experience handling large-scale order volumes
Familiarity with ITIL or operational ERP support models

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
