2+ years expHRDC is seeking an experienced, values-driven Compliance Director to join our leadership team and help ensure the integrity, sustainability, and impact of nearly 50 programs serving communities across Southwest Montana. This role plays a critical part in overseeing compliance across private, local, state, and federal funding sources while partnering closely with Customer Service, Finance, and Program teams.

Responsibilities
Lead agency-wide compliance strategy, systems, and audits
Oversee and support a dedicated compliance team
Collaborate on grants, contracts, and reporting requirements
Serve as a key liaison with funders, regulators, and partners
Help integrate compliance into client-centered service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in public administration, social sciences, law, or related field
At least 2 years of compliance management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to equity, integrity, and HRDC's mission
Preferred
Master's degree in public administration, social sciences, law, or related field
Compliance management experience in nonprofit or social services
