Restoration Management Company, Northern California's largest emergency service and restoration company, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Program Support staff. Responsibilities

Manages and directs the day-to-day operations of the Program Support staff
Analyzes internal business systems to ensure compliance with Industry regulations, TPA guidelines, and IICRC standards
Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely, and accurate billing that complies with program requirements, insurance guidelines, and Industry standards
Constantly improves and updates internal processing procedures to ensure excellent delivery of insurance/program services
Creates, modifies, updates, and implements insurance carriers’ guidelines as needed
Designs performance plans for underperforming branches; improves through training sessions and implementation of best practices
Analyzes data to track and report to the insurance service contract representatives; oversees claims management and reporting, as required
Communicates with Branch and Corporate Managers to discuss any new and existing insurance service contracts, and procedural changes; answers ongoing issues relating to insurance projects; aids with billing discrepancies, and issue resolution whenever necessary
Designated point of contact for all program related accounts; communicates with current insurance program representatives to review score cards, and service results, to retain and enhance our relationship
Responsible for the onboarding process of Insurance carriers, and TPAs
Collaborates with CRO in administration of insurance service contracts
Requests COIs and other insurance service contract documents, on a timely basis, to complete service contracts and maintain compliance status
Manages and maintains Certificate of Insurance (COI) records for program related carriers
Responsible for the maintenance and administration of program related software and platforms
Manages resources and talent to meet department objectives: Talent management from recruiting, hiring, performance assessment, manage improvement and implements disciplinary actions - up to terminations, when necessary
Coordinate program issues with accounting and operations
Reviews, approves program fees; disputes charges as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent years of experience
Proven experience in compliance program management related to the restoration industry
Experienced in supervising 3-4 support staff members
Thorough understanding of the restoration industry
Lead in development of department metrics and reports
Proficient in MSOffice, Programs related platforms, Xactimate or similar applications
Strong implementation skills
Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Superior oral and written communication abilities
Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards
Required PPE may include gloves, masks, goggles, hard hats, and safety footwear
Successfully complete a pulmonary function test, including a respirator fit test
Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100lbs. with assistance
Ability to perform tasks that require walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, climbing, squatting, crawling, lifting above shoulder, reaching, and twisting
Prolonged sitting or standing required (in office, driving and/or at job sites)
Continuous repetitive motion and tasks involving L/R hand movement (computer/mouse), wrists, or arms (e.g., typing, data entry)
Capacity to operate machinery and tools as required by job tasks
Requirement for clear vision (e.g., close work, computer use, eye hand coordination)
Indoor office setting for corporate roles, including working with standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers)
Outdoor fieldwork at restoration sites, which may include residential, commercial, or industrial properties
Potential exposure to hazardous materials, chemicals, or contaminants specific to restoration work, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE
May include travel to and from job sites, requiring the use of company and/or personal vehicles

Preferred

Completion or in the process of completing IICRC WRT certification is a plus
