Responsibilities

Lead a team and oversee all purchasing and sourcing activities
Drive operational efficiency and enhance supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement that aligns with project objectives
Develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and mitigate supply risks to support business continuity
Manage daily procurement operations, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement as our supply chain grows in both volume and complexity
Execute purchasing tasks, conduct tactical negotiations, and provide analytical support based on data
Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, legal, engineering, and finance, to ensure compliance with policies and effective contract management
Adhere to compliance standards and industry best practices to deliver high-quality solutions that fulfill customer requirements, drive innovation, and support organizational success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Experience in procurement or supply chain management, including exposure to leadership responsibilities
Proficiency with procurement systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Capabilities in negotiation, analysis, and communication
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals
Drive change and innovation to mitigate supply risks and optimize procurement processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, legal, engineering, and finance to ensure compliance and effective contract management
Oversee daily procurement operations, including quote requests, purchase orders, invoice/contract approvals, and vendor management
Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend improvements for continuous process enhancement
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, contract specifications, and company policies
Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders
Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier issues, resolving routine concerns and escalating complex matters as needed
Research and select alternative vendors to ensure quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness
Lead, mentor, and develop procurement staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
Provide feedback and coaching on effective communication and negotiation
Identify and mitigate supply risks to support business continuity
Utilize quality indicators and continuous improvement processes to enhance procurement outcomes

Preferred

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
