Responsibilities

Serve as the Acquisition Technology SME for enterprise acquisition systems supporting cost, schedule, performance, and resource management across the DAF and joint partners
Support modernization of acquisition technologies, including legacy system analysis, capability gap identification, and evaluation of commercial, government, and low-code/no-code solutions
Support the transition from CCaR and other legacy tools by defining requirements, assessing capabilities, and recommending phased replacement strategies
Conduct requirements analysis and business process analysis to translate acquisition and financial management needs into actionable technical requirements
Support planning and implementation of classified and unclassified acquisition system capabilities, including data integration, architecture considerations, and security constraints
Enable onboarding of new DoD stakeholders, including the Department of the Navy, by assessing requirements, aligning processes, and supporting scalable system integration
Provide advisement on acquisition analytics, reporting, and dashboard strategies to support data-driven decision-making
Develop and deliver executive-level analyses, briefings, and recommendations to support governance and investment decisions

Required

Demonstrated expertise in DoD acquisition management, requirements analysis, and financial management
Experience supporting enterprise acquisition systems related to cost, schedule, performance, and resource management
Experience supporting or leading system modernization efforts, including legacy system improvement and solution evaluation
Ability to translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across government and technical teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Active Secret clearance
Willingness to travel occasionally in support of mission needs

Preferred

Experience serving as a subject matter expert for enterprise acquisition systems, including long-term support, enhancement, and evolution of mission-critical capabilities
Experience leading or supporting enterprise analytics and executive reporting, including dashboard development for senior leaders
Experience providing functional and technical leadership to analytics or development teams by aligning customer requirements with solution design and delivery
Background supporting system modernization, capability expansion, or platform growth within an established enterprise environment
Experience working directly with senior government stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical recommendations and decision-support products
Familiarity with security, compliance, or accreditation activities for acquisition systems
Experience supporting cross-organizational or cross-service stakeholders, including onboarding new organizations into enterprise systems
