7+ years expFox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking a Director of Emergency for a Medical Center, which is a LifePoint Acute Care 199-bed medical/surgical teaching hospital located in sunny Las Cruces. The Director of Emergency will be responsible for directing all aspects of ER operations, including managing staff, developing policies, and overseeing the ER's budget and productivity.

Qualification
Required
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years experience in a leadership role
Previous leadership, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required
Must possess strong human relations and interpersonal skills
Current NM RN license
BLS, ACLS and PALS required
TNCC must be obtained within 6 months
Preferred
MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA strongly preferred
Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred
