Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed
Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed
Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas
Pick up garbage around the property daily
Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders
Qualification
Required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Computer literacy is required
Preferred
Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful
