Responsibilities

Develop into a trusted financial advisor serving individuals and families
Advise clients on wealth protection, accumulation, and long-term planning strategies
Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business
Learn and apply modern marketing and client acquisition strategies
Conduct client consultations and maintain long-term advisory relationships
Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
Continuously develop financial knowledge and advisory skills
Collaborate with leadership, mentors, and internal teams to support client outcomes

Required

U.S. citizenship (required)

Preferred

Background in financial services, sales, consulting, or advisory roles
Experience managing personal investments or retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k))
Strong academic background or demonstrated test-taking ability
Experience with relationship-based sales or client-facing roles
Entrepreneurial experience or business ownership
Prior insurance licensing experience
Experience selling or advising on: Whole Life Insurance, Term Life Insurance, Universal Life Insurance
