Responsibilities
Oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our clients
Ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage
Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff
Lead residential meetings and trainings, and runs residential shifts when needed
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age
3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required
On call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime
Maintains valid driver's license as transporting clients is required
Background and driving record checks will be performed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
