Responsibilities
Pick and deliver materials from inventory to production workstations
Follow job ticket instructions accurately and efficiently
Support operators to ensure uninterrupted production flow
Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized work area
Work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–45 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced production environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Must pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
Preferred
Basic Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge
