B2B Inside Sales Development Representative
Transformation Enzyme Corporation is hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to grow new practitioner accounts in the integrative and functional medicine market. This role involves high activity prospecting, consultative conversations, and closing first orders with healthcare practices.

Responsibilities
Make 60-90 outbound calls per day and 30-50 emails per day to healthcare practices
Prospect practice owners, office managers, and clinical staff
Introduce TEC’s practitioner grade supplement line and educate on use cases and product selection
Run the sales cycle: intro → sample → follow-up → first order / account activation
Track all activity, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate demos, samples, and next steps with internal clinical and marketing teams
Consistently meet or exceed activity, meeting, and new account revenue targets
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of outbound B2B inside sales or SDR experience
Comfortable with high-volume calling and disciplined sales processes
Experience selling to small or midsized business owners or decisionmakers
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
Coachable, resilient, and motivated by results
Preferred
Experience selling to healthcare practices or clinics
Background in nutritional supplements, holistic health, or wellness products
Experience selling into Cash pay medical or service models
