Responsibilities

Lead and support consultative sales cycles, from prospecting through to proposal and contract signature
Originate and close new business opportunities aligned with revenue targets for data projects
Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline across a defined territory or industry segment
Own an annual revenue target. Contribute to go-to-market strategies, industry positioning, and offer development in collaboration with leadership and consulting teams
Maintain strong relationships with our technology partners, editors and leverage them to generate qualified leads
Support and grow existing small to mid-sized accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Develop relevant client and industry relationships; represent Keyrus in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to raise our market visibility
Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding the Keyrus service portfolio and connecting technical capabilities to client business challenges
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure deal success

Required

10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with proven experience selling professional services and data-driven solution
Strong understanding of the US market
Highly proactive, results-driven and with a strong closing mindset, capable of owning the full sales cycle end-to-end, understanding stakeholder psychology, and adapting engagement strategies to drive new business acquisition
Strong understanding of data, analytics, and cloud ecosystems, with proven experience in consultative sales and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Entrepreneurial and agile mindset with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach
Familiarity with data tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Snowflake, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Preferred

Exposure to the Canadian market is a plus
Proficiency in French is a nice to have
