Responsibilities

Lead the QC department, overseeing biochemistry, microbiology, environmental monitoring, raw materials, stability, method transfer, instrument and software qualification, data integrity, sample management, and QC document management
Lead team development initiatives while designing and executing comprehensive Quality Control strategies to ensure operational excellence
Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations
Support audits and regulatory inspections
Manage QC budget and resource planning
Coach and develop QC staff to enhance performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or relevant field

Commitment to quality, safety, and ethical standards
Comfortable delivering feedback and managing performance
