Design scalable, maintainable systems aligned with best practices; make and communicate high-level technical decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term goals

Write, review, and maintain production-grade code; champion coding standards; troubleshoot complex issues across environments; monitor and optimize system performance

Guide junior and mid-level engineers; lead projects from planning through deployment; foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

Partner with product, design, and engineering to define requirements and deliver solutions; communicate technical concepts effectively to all stakeholders; build strong cross-team relationships

Take full ownership of features from conception to production; break down complex problems; manage risks and proactively escalate when needed; ensure high availability, security, and reliability

Stay current on industry trends; evaluate and recommend new technologies; conduct thorough code reviews; lead refactoring and tech debt reduction efforts; maintain comprehensive technical documentation
