Kimco Staffing Services, Inc. is hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Production Manager to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safety, quality, efficiency, and team leadership while driving continuous improvement and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and compliance
Ensure EHS procedures, training, and documentation are followed
Participate in safety audits, investigations, and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, USDA, FDA, and internal food safety standards
Partner with QA to resolve deviations and non-conformances
Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement
Oversee daily production to meet volume, quality, yield, and cost targets
Monitor real-time performance and adjust operations as needed
Optimize equipment usage and process efficiency
Maintain accurate production records (downtime, yields, KPIs, reports)
Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and teams
Drive improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and HR
Build strong teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement

Required

Bilingual in both English/Spanish is required
3+ years of production management experience (foods/beverages/ or nutraceuticals preferred)
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality systems
Proven ability to lead teams and meet production targets
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
