Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a contract with a client. The ideal candidate will leverage deep ServiceNow expertise to translate complex business requirements into optimized, scalable process solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops to analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and design optimized future‑state workflows within the ServiceNow platform

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and configuration‑first approaches

Guide stakeholders and SMEs throughout the engagement, providing expert process consultation across ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB/CSDM

Support development and testing cycles by collaborating with technical teams, reviewing functional outputs, and driving user acceptance testing (UAT)

Prepare process documentation, acceptance criteria, and customer-facing deliverables to ensure clarity and consistent adoption of designed solutions

Lead customer enablement activities—including training, knowledge transfer, and change management—to drive successful adoption and measurable business outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

10+ years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or ServiceNow platform implementation

Strong expertise in ServiceNow workflows (ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM) with the ability to guide clients using configuration‑first best practices

Proven experience leading client workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications and user stories
