Responsibilities
Lead content development for earnings call and Analyst Day presentations, ensuring flawless execution
Run Q&A, industry and internal data preparation, and develop presentations
Be a voice of investors within Micron, and influence the company communication and strategy
Support investor outreach for proxy in partnership with Legal, Sustainability, HR, and other teams
Support investor outreach and inbound for Sustainability focused investors in partnership with Sustainability team
Assist with analyst and investor emails/calls backs
Work with VP and IR Coordinator to expand and handle investor targeting and tracking systems
Support conferences/NDRs with Senior Executives and Business Unit Leadership
Assist in targeted NDR and conference planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Engineering or related field of study
At least 10 years of relevant experience in investing, marketing, finance and investor relations
Capable of basic financial modeling and understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency with market financial analytics platforms like FactSet
Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
Proficient with advanced AI tools, data analysis, and task automation
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, Business Units)
Self-starter with positive relationship attributes
Preferred
MBA or CFA preferred
Demonstrated ability as a buy-side or sell-side investor, 5 years of IR experience, or 8 years of Semiconductor experience in Marketing or Finance roles
Memory or Semiconductor industry experience
Experience in Investor Relations
Technical knowledge in memory or a related field
