Responsibilities
Oversee the procurement of raw materials, chemicals, subcontracted services, capital equipment, tools, and administrative supplies
Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to maintain strong vendor relationships
Make inventory adjustments and manage ERP data entry
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Lead and manage a team, including a buyer reporting directly to you
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in purchasing
5+ years of high-level management experience
Strong skills in supply chain and procurement management
Experience in money handling and supplier management
High-level decision-making capabilities
Experience with purchase order (PO) processes
Proficiency in buyer reporting
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
