Responsibilities

Provide technical direction for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations and develop technical documentation
Engage with Government stakeholders on Systems Engineering technical considerations and resolve associated problems, issues, or conflicts
Ensure the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering area of responsibility

Required

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Experience – 8+ Years
Systems Engineering Documentation: Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
Requirements Management: Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure compatibility with defined system architecture(s) like DoDAF and SOA
Requirements Development: Assist in developing system requirements, functional requirements, and their allocation to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components
Coordination: Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination
Education: Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, five (5) years of SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
Certification: IAT Level II certification such as Security+

Preferred

Proven experience in network security and systems engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with government contracting and compliance requirements
