Responsibilities
Produce strong visual designs across diverse formats—print, digital, physical environments, and motion graphics—aligned with Asimov’s established brand systems
Quickly adapt skills to new challenges weekly and context switch between industries like software, terraforming, crypto, advanced manufacturing and more
Communicate design rationale and interpret feedback to refine work independently without heavy oversight
Develop consistent visual systems and templates that scale across deliverables and maintain brand integrity
Prepare files, specs, and deliverables suitable for production partners (printers, fabricators, animators, developers)
Balance multiple concurrent projects, anticipate resource needs, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance
Qualification
Required
3–6 years in design production, design studio, startup or agency role delivering high-quality visual work
Demonstrated ability to take direction and execute independently
Comfortable with rapid context-switching and iterative feedback loops
Excellent proficiency in Figma, Adobe CS
Proficient in generative tooling (Midjourney, ChatGPT, others) and animation/motion design software (After Effects)
Experience delivering polished final assets across a variety of mediums (print + digital)
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work and plan both independently and as a collaborator
Ambition to work in a young and growing studio
Preferred
Experience in presentation design (pitch decks, case studies, studio showreels)
Motion design or digital animation skills
Interest or experience in other kinds of creative software (C4D, Creative Coding, Unreal)
Social Media marketing experience
