Brooksource is seeking a Neo4j-focused Cloud Engineer to take ownership of a client’s Neo4j environment. This role will primarily support onboarding for users, ensure the stability and scalability of the Neo4j platform, and collaborate closely with internal teams and vendor support.

Responsibilities

Own and support the Neo4j graph database environment end to end

Lead and help onboard new Neo4j users , including environment setup and access

Deploy, upgrade, and maintain Neo4j running on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)

Support Neo4j upgrades across non-production and production environments

Work directly with Neo4j vendor support to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Manage container images and artifacts using JFrog Artifactory

Partner with internal teams to remove friction and improve the Neo4j user experience

Required

Hands-on experience administrating and supporting Neo4j in a production environment

Experience operating Neo4j as a stateful database on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)

Proven experience serving as the primary owner or point of contact for a Neo4j environment

Direct experience onboarding and supporting users on a Neo4j platform

Hands-on experience deploying and supporting AKS clusters in production

Experience managing container images and artifacts using JFrog Artifactory

Strong experience troubleshooting production issues working directly with Neo4j vendor support

Preferred

Experience supporting MongoDB in a production environment
