Sales Enablement Manager

HiveWatch is a tech-forward organization focused on modernizing the physical security industry. The Sales Enablement Manager will build systems and processes to empower the sales team, overseeing onboarding, training, and enablement content for enterprise sales success.

Responsibilities

Design and own onboarding programs for new AEs and BDRs, ensuring ramp success in a complex enterprise sales motion
Build and maintain sales playbooks covering ICPs, personas, use cases, discovery, demos, pilots, objections, and deal progression
Partner closely with Product and Marketing to translate product updates into clear, sales-ready messaging and materials
Develop enablement content including decks, talk tracks, competitive positioning, battlecards, and case studies
Support major deal execution by helping reps prepare for executive presentations, pilots, and late-stage negotiations
Analyze sales performance and pipeline data to identify skill gaps and inform targeted training initiatives
Establish consistent sales methodology and best practices across the sales team as HiveWatch scales

Required

5+ years experience in sales, with 2+ years of sales enablement experience
Experience enabling enterprise SaaS sales teams selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and procurement processes
Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in a scaling environment
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
