Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews

Remove impediments and ensure consistent delivery

Drive execution and roadmap progress, particularly for teams with stop-and-start history

Coach teams on Scrum practices and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders

Manage JIRA and Confluence:

Dashboarding, reporting, and automation

Leverage tools for visibility and team tracking

Ensure alignment with regulatory and banking considerations where applicable

Qualification

Required

5 years as a Scrum Master (less may be acceptable with strong banking/consumer lending experience)

Strong communication skills

Ability to deliver results and drive teams to completion

Experience facilitating multiple Agile teams

Strong JIRA and Confluence proficiency (dashboarding, automation, reporting)

Preferred

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, Core Agile) – preferred; candidates without certification would need a strong explanation of their experience

Banking and/or consumer lending background

Experience in regulatory environments
