Responsibilities
Train, mentor, and supervise painting crews to drive high performance and maintain job site excellence
Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Monitor work to meet Dry PaT's standards and enforce safety protocols at all times
Visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas; occasional travel to remote projects
Manage paint usage, inventory replenishment, and ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance
Uphold environmental safety practices, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish
Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on residential painting experience
Leadership Experience: 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading field teams
Communication Skills: Clear, respectful, and confident communicator-written and verbal
Technical Know-How: Deep knowledge of paint prep, application techniques, and tools of the trade
Organized & Strategic: Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
