Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team focused on identity, access, and asset management

Develop and execute strategies for high availability and performance of systems

Oversee Microsoft 365 applications and manage Microsoft Intune

Administer Entra ID and ensure MFA/SSO configurations

Manage server provisioning, imaging, and configuration

Monitor server health and oversee patching and updates

Ensure timely onboarding/offboarding of users

Drive automation and scripting initiatives

Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell)

Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
