Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience

Manage job postings across internal and external job boards

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Assist recruiters with offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination

Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed (e.g., time-to-fill, interview volume)

Support recruiting events, career fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives

Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
