Re:Build Manufacturing is revitalizing American manufacturing at their New Kensington, PA site. The Precision CNC Milling & Turning Specialist will perform end-to-end CNC operations, ensuring precision work on multi-axis mills and lathes while adhering to quality management procedures.

Responsibilities

End-to-end CNC operations: set-up, fixturing, tool building, and running parts for turning and 3- and 5-axis vertical/horizontal milling
Machining to spec using drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and safety procedures
Adherence to Quality Management System procedures and forms
In-process checks and recorded inspection results per routing
Daily PM and housekeeping of work center

CNC programmingPrecision machiningMulti-axis millingTurning operationsInterpret drawingsMathematics fundamentalsPreventive maintenanceQuality management adherence

Required

Hands-on precision CNC experience in programming and/or execution across metals, alloys, plastics, and composites
Ability to interpret drawings, BOMs, and work aids
Solid math and measurement fundamentals: algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, and use of measuring tools

Preferred

Milling exposure (3-axis, 3+2, 4-axis, Full 5-axis)
Turning exposure (Mill-turn, traditional lathe, swiss lathe)
Apprenticeship or Associate's Degree preferred
