Account Executive

Responsibilities

Build strong internal partnerships with Field Sales teams; provide coaching, motivation, and mentorship to representatives
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with retailers, understanding their business priorities and language
Conduct business reviews to analyze performance and identify opportunities for incremental growth
Sell-in innovation items (new SKUs, packages), equipment, and displays to improve SOVI
Collaborate with the Commercialization team on incentives, custom programs, and impactful point-of-sale materials
Partner with Field Sales and senior leadership to execute national and local business strategies
Hold self and others accountable for professionalism and effectiveness in the field
Act as a trusted advisor to customer managers, leveraging insights to deliver mutual success
Collaborate with NAOU Team and the customer to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver Company Pillars and overall Performance Profit
Communicate monthly activity via PicOS
Collaborate with Swire cross-functional teams to forecast volume, revenue and GP using Adaptive Planning
Responsible for problem solving for operational or executional issues with the customer

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of proven sales and/or account management experience required
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
Willingness to travel within Swire geographies and across the U.S. as needed

Preferred

Fluent Spanish is preferred
Experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred
Familiarity with marketing and commercial activation is a plus
Skilled in Collaborating for Value (CFV) and Collaborative Business Planning
