Founding Customer Success Manager
Peerbound is a company focused on turning customer love into revenue using AI. They are seeking a Founding Customer Success Manager to own post-sale outcomes and help build the Customer Success function from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Own the full customer lifecycle: kickoff → onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansion
Drive measurable outcomes for customers (activation, usage, pipeline influence, internal rollout)
Use AI to build CS playbooks: onboarding plans, QBRs, risk management, renewals, and more
Partner with Sales to ensure clean handoffs and tight feedback loops across customer journey
Influence product direction by bringing structured insights, patterns, and requests from the field
Help us scale to $10M+ ARR through your unwavering commitment to customer success
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Customer Success / Account Management in B2B SaaS (mid-market or enterprise)
AI-Native and eager to use AI as a tool to 10x your professional impact on our customers
Strong at value articulation: turns usage into outcomes, outcomes into renewals/expansion
Process-oriented builder who can also be scrappy when needed
Trusted operator with customers: organized, responsive, crisp communicator
Comfortable running exec conversations (CMO/CRO) and navigating internal politics
Wants to be in-person with the full team
