Responsibilities

Process incoming faxes and save to the appropriate company directories

Maintain patient database in accordance with HIPAA and Company protocol to ensure all patient information is current and up-to-date

Proficient in the use and mechanics of all Company Cardiac Event Monitors

Clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers

Ability to be consistent and reliable

Earns others’ trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions

Ability to readily modify, respond, or change with minimal personal resistance

Ability to effectively hear, understand and follow directions or instructions

The ability to see and appreciate the value of conducting business affairs according to the intent of BSC policies and standards

Prioritize and complete tasks within allotted time frames
