Responsibilities

Interfacing with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering personnel
Investigating non conformance issues and implementing root cause corrective actions
Participating in product, process, and surveillance audits/assessments to identify improvement opportunities
Developing and executing corrective preventive measures based on audit findings

Required

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and written/oral communication skills
Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast paced production environment
Hands on experience with inspection tools such as coordinate measuring machines, borescopes, and non destructive testing equipment
Proven track record of leading RCCA investigations, conducting HQAs, and performing FOE walk downs
Proficiency with quality tools such as; SPC, FMEA/PFMEA, 8D, 5 Why
