They are seeking a hands-on Head of Finance / CFO with deep experience in land development finance to manage lender relationships and oversee financial operations across multiple active development projects.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary finance contact for banks and private credit lenders
Prepare and submit draw requests (monthly/quarterly) across multiple projects
Maintain loan compliance, covenants, and lender reporting packages
Manage borrowing bases, cost-to-complete schedules, and lender inspections
Oversee development accounting for horizontal land projects
Track budgets, actuals, and forecasts across a growing Texas portfolio
Manage cash flow planning and capital needs across concurrent developments
Build and scale finance and accounting processes as the platform grows
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in land development
10+ years of experience in real estate development
10+ years of experience in homebuilding or construction finance
Direct, hands-on experience with lender draw requests
Experience working with banks and private credit / institutional lenders
Comfortable managing multiple active projects at once
Strong understanding of horizontal development costs and cost tracking
Preferred
CPA, CFA, or similar background is a plus
