Responsibilities
Work closely with business teams to gather and document requirements and ensure clarity for implementation teams
Collaborate with development and QA teams, reporting issues through bug tracking systems, email, and meetings
Troubleshoot user-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, replicate problems, and drive them to resolution
Provide timely support to internal system users, including data fixes, error correction, and system knowledge sharing
Create and execute effective test cases, perform user acceptance testing for releases and urgent patches
Prepare training materials and release notes and communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong understanding of SDLC and experience creating effective test cases and performing UAT
Technical proficiency with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML) and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
