Responsibilities
Support assigned operational and supply chain projects under supervision
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and basic process documentation
Attend team meetings and contribute to collaborative work
Prepare basic presentations or summaries of project findings
Participate in training, learning sessions, and professional development activities
Provide general project and administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
Strong academic standing (preferred GPA 3.0 or higher)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
Preferred
Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to operations or supply chain
Exposure to data analysis or process improvement concepts
