This role focuses on marketing and relationship-building, aiming to expand brand awareness and strengthen community ties through partnerships and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, property managers, realtors, apartment communities, and nonprofit organizations
Build and manage community partnerships, sponsorships, and charity relationships
Represent the company at networking events, chamber meetings, community events, and charity functions
Plan and execute grassroots marketing initiatives and B2B outreach efforts
Coordinate and support local marketing campaigns, promotions, and community involvement efforts
Track partnerships, leads, and outreach efforts and report results to management
Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and positive representation of the company
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
18 years or older
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
Professional appearance and positive, outgoing attitude
Access to reliable transportation for local travel and events
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check
Preferred
College coursework or degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred
Previous experience in marketing, sales, community engagement, nonprofit work, or B2B relationship management is strongly preferred
