Account Executive
Blazel is an AI startup that helps founders and executives grow their audience, build trust, and convert new clients on LinkedIn, social, and media platforms. They are hiring an Account Executive to lead their own pipeline from generation to closing, selling industry-leading products and services to founders, executives, and investors.

Responsibilities
Full-cycle sales: qualify, pitch, close, and hand-off
Sell directly to startup founders, execs, and VCs across AI, SaaS, Fintech, Healthtech, and more
Respond to warm inbound leads and referrals with urgency and purpose
Run outbound trials with VCs, accelerators, and founder communities
Collaborate with the CEO and marketing to refine messaging and pitch strategy
Track pipeline in HubSpot and report learnings that shape our GTM playbook
Help lay the foundation for future AEs, SDRs, and sales process
Qualification
Required
You've sold SaaS or services in the $5K–$25K ACV range, with a proven track record of achieving quota
You've closed deals with founders and execs and understand their buying signs
You thrive in fast, founder-led environments where playbooks are built, not followed
You speak clearly, write crisply, and adapt quickly to different prospects
You want a compensation package and equity upside that match your success in sales
Preferred
You have sold products and/or services (especially Executive comms, PR, or content services) in the Tech, startup, or VC ecosystems
You have relationships in the VC and/or startup ecosystem and know how to activate them
