Provide special inspection services in accordance with industry standards and regulations

Maintain and promote high standards of safety and quality in all work performed

Communicate effectively with clients and project teams regarding inspection results and recommendations

Stay current with industry trends, codes, and standards related to construction inspection

Required

Two (2) or more years of special inspection experience

A minimum of one International Code Council (ICC) certification in inspection disciplines such as reinforced concrete, structural masonry, structural steel, and high-strength bolting

A strong desire and motivation to obtain additional ICC, non-destructive testing (NDT), or welding certifications

Good interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and continue career development
