Kelso Industries is a nationwide provider of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical solutions. They are seeking an Electrical Foreman who will supervise electrical crews and ensure work is executed safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electricians on active job sites
Plan and assign daily work activities
Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, and ICON safety standards
Read and interpret drawings, specs, and schedules
Coordinate work with other trades and jobsite leadership
Order materials and manage tools and equipment
Track labor hours and job progress; communicate issues early
Perform daily quality checks and address deficiencies
Complete required documentation (daily reports, timekeeping, safety forms)
Mentor apprentices and support journeyman development

Qualification

Commercial electrical experienceNEC knowledgeBlueprint interpretationOSHA 10 certificationLeadership skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
OSHA 10 required
Strong working knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred

Prior Foreman or Lead Electrician experience preferred
OSHA 30 preferred
