Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation efforts with mission and technical stakeholders
Translate business and operational needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTMs) to ensure alignment between requirements, design, development, and testing
Support backlog grooming and refinement activities in Agile or hybrid development environments
Collaborate with development and test teams to support test case development, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
Facilitate stakeholder working sessions, reviews, and requirement validation meetings to ensure shared understanding and alignment
Support process modeling, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 10+ years of experience performing business analysis and requirements management on complex IT or system development programs
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder coordination, requirements elicitation, backlog grooming, process modeling, and functional documentation
Strong proficiency in Agile story writing, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience supporting system testing and UAT activities
Preferred
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Agile Analyst or equivalent certification
