The Shipping and Receiving Inspector will be responsible for inspecting incoming goods, verifying certifications, and ensuring accurate order completion for shipments.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all incoming goods. Verify all certifications and packing list are in order to company standards

Examine and unpack incoming shipments; ensure they meet specifications and record issues

Perform visual inspection of packaging; before accepting goods

Perform inspections and verify all inbound and outbound materials for accuracy and order completion

Complete inspection records, logs, rejection reports, etc. before inputting into ERP system

Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas. Sort and place materials or items on racks and shelves

Inspects and fills orders to be shipped to customers

Prepares orders for Shipping by picking, scanning and packing in an accurate and timely manner

Required

Experience in receiving and inspecting incoming goods

Ability to verify certifications and packing lists to company standards

Experience in sorting and placing materials or items on racks and shelves

Ability to inspect and fill orders to be shipped to customers
