Internal Auditor of Documents
PromptCare is a healthcare service company seeking an Internal Auditor of Documents. The role involves managing document audits, coordinating with various teams to ensure compliance, and maintaining organized records for review.

Responsibilities
Use CPR Document management system
Follow up with Documentation Team for documents that require signatures
Print documents for audit requests and/or payor requests
Follow up on documents not returned
Timeframe 1 week follow up with Documentation Team/Enteral Team
Follow up with sales reps
Follow up with clinical team as required
Submit Audit documents to manager for review
Once documents are reviewed, can submit to Auditing body and/or payor
Contact Payor for proper documents to send for request of Medical Records
Internal Audit review to be done quarterly
Qualification
Required
Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
Healthcare service experience is a major advantage
Must have good communication skills: Telephone, email, and interoffice communications
Must have good PC skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Knowledge of CPR + is preferred
