Responsibilities

Deliver prompt and effective technical support to users via help desk platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment
Manage computer systems including Windows and macOS operating systems, ensuring security and performance
Support network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), and firewall configurations
Assist with software troubleshooting for applications like Microsoft Office and other enterprise tools
Configure and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software updates
Support IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, and routers to ensure network stability
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures accurately for future reference
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and new technology deployments
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends related to IT support, cybersecurity, and hardware management

Required

Proven experience in technical support or desktop support roles within a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of computer management including hardware setup, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with network concepts such as LAN configuration, VPN setup, firewall management, and basic network troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users
Knowledge of IT support best practices in customer service and problem resolution
